Silvio Auditore is the founder of the firm. Initially a General Legal Practitioner, he developed an expertise in Family Law very quickly and he was amongst the first family lawyers in Australia to gain recognised accreditation as a Specialist.

Silvio has specialist experience in all areas of Family Law. He has represented the Australian Government in international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention and he has a keen interest in complex financial cases, having studied accounting at university level. He also delivers family law related seminars to lawyers, accountants and MBA students.

His memberships include Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

   
   

Amanda Francis

Amanda Francis joined the firm in 2002, having previously been a Senior Associate in two of Melbourne’s prestigious small to medium general law practices. She has practised in Family Law since 1983, initially gaining experience in most areas of general practice. Between 1994 and 1997, Amanda was seconded to the Family Court of Australia as an Acting Deputy Registrar of the Court. She has also been a legal instructor at Leo Cussen Institute.

Her memberships include Family Law Section of the Law institute of Victoria, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Melbourne Rowing Club.

   
   

Alison Loach

Barrister and Solicitor (admitted to practise in 1989)
Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws

Alison Loach joined the firm in 2008, having previously conducted her own general law practice for 15 years in New Zealand having a particular expertise in Family Law including disputes about children and property. She has been a Member of the District Legal Services Board, a Member of the Women’s Consultative Group to New Zealand Law Society and the Vice-President of the Marlborough District Law Society Council. As well as holding an Australian Lawyer Practising Certificate, Alison continues to hold a New Zealand Lawyer Practising Certificate which enables her to advise with respect to New Zealand Law, and also witness and certify New Zealand legal documentation including Relationship Property Agreements.

Alison is a Member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.
